Feliz Gin is a limited release barrel-aged Gin expression. A bright Spirit built upon fruit notes - Sugar Plum and Apple - with a soft finish from our specialty botanicals of Cardamom, Orris Root and Angelica.
We have the aged the spirit in a Maple Syrup barrel bringing complexity and a touch of sweetness to this amazing and unique Gin.
